Its efforts are collaborative by nature, yet visionary in scope. One of its most transformative achievements has been leading the charge for the city’s first Cultural Arts Plan—a comprehensive
roadmap now shaping Plano’s future as an arts destination.
CAP exists to ensure that our residents can truly live creatively in Plano.
