Honoring Mary Jo Dean
with the Spirit of Judy Drotman Award
A meaningful part of the Judy Drotman Mother’s Day Celebration is the presentation of the Spirit of Judy Drotman Award to Mary Jo Dean.
Known throughout the community for her longstanding commitment to volunteer service and nonprofit leadership, Mary Jo reflects the generosity, compassion, and civic spirit this award is meant to recognize. Her many contributions have earned widespread respect, including being named Plano’s Citizen of the Year by the Plano Chamber of Commerce.
By honoring Mary Jo, this celebration pays tribute not only to her service, but also to the enduring values Judy Drotman embodied.
